REHOUSE validates its renovation solutions in four real buildings across Europe, so that technical performance and everyday user needs can be assessed side by side. The demo sites cover different building types and contexts, from student residences to social housing, and they are where the project’s renovation packages are installed, monitored, and improved under real operating conditions.

• Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, France: A multi-family residential building, demonstrating the PanoRen façade-based renovation approach.
• Margherita di Savoia, Italy: A social housing building, demonstrating a centralised holistic heating and cooling kit and a multipurpose façade system with bio-based insulation and building-integrated photovoltaics.
• Budapest, Hungary: The Faith Park Dormitory, demonstrating an adaptable dynamic envelope, activated cellulose insulation made from wood waste, and an intelligent window system.
