Sustainable Places 2026

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and R2M Solution are pleased to welcome participants back to Luxembourg in 2026. The European Convention Center Luxembourg will host the first-ever winter edition of Sustainable Places.

The Call for Proposals (CfP) is now open for contributions to thematic auditorium tracks (a new feature this year, see the programme overview), as well as for in-person workshops, in-person presentations, online workshops, and exhibition booths.

Deadline: 16 October 2026

Early submissions are strongly encouraged to secure preferred time slots and take advantage of early bird registration rates. Applicants will be notified of acceptance decisions on a rolling basis, whenever possible before the CfP deadline.
