Webinar: Fast technological & energy housing retrofit for decarbonisation: research approaches and models to compare

The meeting is organised by “La Sapienza University of Rome” within the scope of co-design activities of FASTECH (Research Project of National Interest PRIN 2022), involving three universities engaged in the development of retrofit scenarios for low-cost and progressive residential building stock, aimed at improving energy efficiency. The aim is to reduce energy demand and greenhouse gas emissions in a short time by exploiting opportunities related to self-consumption from renewable energy sources and the formation of energy communities.

The webinar is a valuable opportunity to exchange and compare methodologies and intervention models, used in the two projects, focusing on retrofit interventions on public housing oriented to decarbonisation of the housing stock, with special attention to the environmental and social aspects of redevelopment processes.
