SUPSI to Present REHOUSE Project at Milan Design Week 2024
We’re pleased to share that SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland), a partner in REHOUSE project, will be participating in Milan Design Week 2024.
SUPSI will be making its debut at Milan Design Week 2024 with the pavilion: ‘Building with the Sun’, aiming to promote solar architecture with a small exhibition titled “From Function to Beauty: 40 Years of Solar Panels in Architecture”. The event, organized by Sun Appeal, aspire to present the potential of solar energy design, transforming solar panels from praxis to poetry. In the age of sustainability, we open a dialogue across tradition and innovation, nature and technology. Photovoltaics used as “right-tech”, inspired by technology and design, is the chase of new beauty. By showcasing solar products from Skala and Gruppo Sogimi, Onyx Solar, Solskin by Zurich Soft Robotics and 3S Swiss Solar Solutions, the space is a seed inspiring creativity to transform our cities.
